Raiza Red is a Yoga Alliance© certified 550 RYT/ 200 ERYT/ YACEP Yoga Instructor with a passion for Ayurvedic living.
Raiza began her journey with Yoga at the tender age of 8 years old and has continured her education over the past few decades in various styles and lineages.

Her teaching and meditation style is strongly inspired by her most influential teachers:
Meg McCraken; Shiva Rea; Clara Roberts-Oss; Janet Stone; Anodea Judith: Sally Kempton and Tias Little.
As a Clinical Aromatherapist and Herbalist, her love of plant and energy medicine reflect in your teaching style. She often incorporates her love of essential oils and energy work into her Yoga Therapy sessions and classes.
She has been teaching Yoga classes, workshops and teacher trainings in various studios worldwide since 2016, while simultaneously teaching locally on her native island of Mallorca. Her passion is to make Yoga accessible to all, offering free Yoga to those with Chronic Illness and Cancer in hospitals, community spaces and health centers worldwide.

As a two time Cancer survivor, she is eager to share her knowledge of Plant Medicine and Ayurveda as a prime healing modality. As a breast Cancer and Ovarian Cancer survivor, she employs both her own experience and study of Remedial Yoga for Cancer and Chronic illness to help other survivors. Raiza creates tailored practices aimed at regaining health and sustaining harmony in the body, mind and spirit.
Also an experienced Chef and Slow Food Member, her dishes reflect a strong background in nutrition, Veganism and Ayurvedic cookery. She is currently available to teach and cook for Yoga retreats & events worldwide.
